    • What is this year’s festival theme?

    • Where is the festival held?
      In the small North Essex village of Colne Engaine, on the recreation ground, at the village hall and in the Church and its grounds.
    • How often is the festival held?
      Every two years, in even-numbered years.
    • Who runs the festival?
      A small team of volunteers from the village. New faces are always welcome! Details here >
    • Where can I park?
      parking at colne engaine festivalThe festival car park is situated at the Football Ground along Pebmarsh Road.
      We regret that there will be no parking at the recreation ground during the festival with the exception of parking for disabled people and blue badge holders. This is due to lack of space and to allow room for emergency vehicles.
      If you are parking in the village please be considerate and leave entrances/exits and driveways clear. Also please do not park on road junctions. Thank you.
    • What should I put in my SatNav to get there?
      1 Station Rd, CO6 2ES will get you to the recreation ground.
      CO6 2HD will get you to the car park.

 

  • Can I bring my dog(s)?
    • Well-behaved dogs are welcome and water bowls will be available for them.
    • The Dog Show is on Sunday 2.45pm. Details here >
    • Please keep dogs on leads.
    • Please pick up your dog’s waste and put it in one of the poo bins.
    • Please be considerate of other people who may be less comfortable than you around dogs.
    • If your dog gets stressed in noisy crowded environments, consider leaving it happy at home (not in your car)

The Festival takes place every two years at Colne Engaine Recreation Ground, 1 Station Rd, Near Colchester, Essex CO6 2ES
