The Colne Engaine Festival is a four day extravaganza that welcomes over 3,000 people to this little village in North Essex. The whole village comes alive over festival weekend and the atmosphere is electric. So please come along and get in the festival spirit with us…
Thursday 31st May will be our first evening of entertainment,
featuring the ever-popular quiz night – get a team

Friday 1st June is set for a raucous evening of cockney
sing-a-long featuring The Carradines on the ol’ Joanna.
We’ll even have a flutter on the dogs and scoff pie’n’mash! Find out more here >
Saturday 2nd June begins our daytime entertainments.
Doff your favourite hat and join the Mad Hatter for
The Opening Parade at 11.30am, from the school
to the recreation ground. There you’ll find exhibitions,
displays, fairground rides and lots of stalls including
plenty of exciting food and drink options. Find out more here >
Saturday night will feature the unmissable Funk Soul Lovers
who will get the marquee rocking for a great night out,
supported by local singer-songwriter James Burrage. Find out more here >
Sunday 3rd June begins with the 11am Church Service before
a day full of more exhibits, displays and stalls plus our famous
Dog Show and the return of our Country Flair Hobby & Craft
Exhibition. Get your baking and making on and show off
your talents, with categories for all ages and interests. Find out more here >
